Channel Islands 6'4 White Dove Surfboard

A high performance shortboard designed to fit Tim Curran’s innovative – aerial surfing approach. The White Dove has extreme rocker with a flip both in the nose and tail. The bottom contours are single concave from the nose to the trailing fin. Rails are slightly tapered and the tail is pulled- in which makes for a high performance shortie.

WHO SHOULD RIDE THIS BOARD

BOARD DESCRIPTION: A high performance shortboard designed for the surfer who wants or needs more volume: flat deck and a full rail. The bottom is comprised of a single to double concave for a loose feel. This is one of the most popular surfboards that we sell. Larger and heavy footed surfers love these as they seemingly just won’t sink but still turn on a dime.

WHO SHOULD RIDE THIS BOARD: This is not a prop. This is a high performance shortboard for the heavier – more mature surfer.

All our team riders that were riding the MBM are now riding the MBM+ and achieving great results. Nathaniel Curran recently rode the MBM+ to victory at the US Open and the Lacanau Pro in route to qualifying for the 2009 WCT. It consists of a single concave bottom with flip in the tail. The MBM+ is an integral part of CI team riders’ equipment.
Designed For : Intermediate to expert surfers in waist high to well overhead waves.
